SheWinsLife’ is a women empowerment initiative by Springs Educational & Charitable Trust (SECT), dedicated to providing women with opportunities to learn, grow and inspire others. In response to the growing need for skilled educators in Montessori, Kindergarten, Early Childhood and Primary education. SECT offers specialized Teacher Education Programs for underprivileged women through ‘STEPS’. For the past three years, SECT has been making a meaningful impact in the areas of women empowerment, youth development and child welfare.
