The annual Spell Bee Competition in which around 350 children participated. The competition was a tremendous success, showcasing the spelling prowess and competitive spirit of the students. Participants displayed remarkable enthusiasm and determination, making it a memorable event.
The Prize Distribution ceremony of the Spell Bee competition celebrated the achievements of students. Cash prizes worth Rs. 1,57,000 were presented to those who excelled in the Spell Bee competition. motivating others to strive for excellence. Ms. Jubaira led an engaging and interactive counseling session focused on the topic ‘The Inconveniences in Students’ Lives’. During the session, students were encouraged to openly share their personal experiences and challenges they face in their academic and daily lives. They gained new insights, and received helpful guidance on how to cope with and overcome these difficulties. The Child Welfare initiative by SECT provided a supportive environment for students to reflect on their concerns and explore potential solutions.
An interactive counseling session on the topic ‘How to Learn Effectively’ was conducted by team SECT. In this session, students explored different strategies and techniques designed to improve their learning process. The session encouraged students to actively participate by sharing their current study habits and challenges. They were able to get valuable advice on effective study methods. The goal of the session was to equip students with practical tools and strategies for more efficient and successful learning.
The Edutainment Camp was an engaging and educational event that combined learning with entertainment. It offered students an exciting opportunity to explore various topics through interactive activities, games, and workshops, making the learning experience both fun and informative.
STEPS (Teacher Education Program) is a women empowerment initiative aimed at providing high-quality training and development for deserving women. The program focuses on equipping teachers with the essential knowledge, skills, and strategies to excel in the classroom and foster a positive learning environment and get placed with job opportunities. The program strives to create well-rounded, effective teachers who contribute to the development of the society.
STEPS-Montessori Teacher Education Program is another women empowerment initiative designed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills required to teach in Montessori settings. Women who are in need of jobs are trained and helped with placement.
The Academic Support Program for rural children by SECT is an initiative designed to help children in rural areas overcome barriers to education, such as limited access to resources and academic challenges. The program provides personalized support, including tutoring, mentorship, and learning materials, to help these children succeed in their studies. By providing tailored support, it aims to enhance students’ learning experience and ensure they have the tools to achieve their full academic potential.
The Cultural Program for rural children is an initiative aimed at exposing young learners in rural areas to a variety of cultural activities and experiences. It aims to empower rural children by helping them connect with their cultural roots while also encouraging personal growth and confidence.
